First on August 10th Wednesday, Tina Fey welcomed her second baby girl, Penelope Athena, with composer husband, Jeffrey Richmond, and big sister Alice, 5. Here is the E! Apparently it is according to some of her close insider circles, saying “They have talked at length about getting married and starting a family.” Jennifer and Justin (I’d like to call them JJ) have only been dating for four months, how could they even fathom the idea of having a baby?
